Since the launch of the Utility Safety & Ops Leadership Network in 2009,  Pam Tompkins has served in a variety of roles supporting the USOLN and the CUSP certification, most recently as the USOLN Board Chair since 2018.  At the October 25 Board meeting, Pam retired from her USOLN Board position.

 We are grateful to Pam for her leadership and many contributions over the years. She has helped build the CUSP certification into a highly respected safety credential as it goes into its second decade. Please join us in offering our heartfelt thanks to Pam for her dedication to the USOLN and all it has accomplished!

Under Pam’s leadership the USOLN completed the following:

• The CUSP Online Exam was launched in June 2020
• The New CUSP Utility Line Clearance Arborist Endorsement Exam was added in October 2021.
• The CUSP Body of Knowledge was updated for endorsements
